1. Nail Warranty
Free redesign — within 24 hours: Fleur offers one free redesign within the first 24 hours after your nail service.
Conditions:
- The replacement design must be of equal or lower value than the original;
- Not applicable to accessories, charms, rhinestones or additional services;
- Applies once per nail set;
- Fleur may decline if the nails have been affected by strong external impact.
Free repair — within 7 days for: gel peeling; nail breakage due to technique; rhinestone or accessory faults; issues related to the technique performed.
Please note:
- Not applicable when nails are affected by strong external impact;
- Not applicable if removed or repaired at home or another salon;
- Not applicable if the nail shape or length is changed after the service.
2. Lash Warranty
Free lash refill — within 3 days in case of: abnormal lash shedding due to technique; uneven loss of shape right after application; twisted or misaligned lashes.
Conditions:
- Lashes are cared for correctly per our guidance;
- No rubbing or pulling around the eyes;
- No oil-based products used near the eyes;
- Not applicable to natural lash shedding due to your own lash condition or improper care.
Free check & adjustment — within 7 days to ensure the most comfortable, natural and satisfying experience.
Please note:
- Applies to uneven, twisted lashes or minor adjustments;
- Not applicable if you wish to completely change the style;
- Please book in advance for the best support.
3. Nail Aftercare
- Avoid contact with strong chemicals (cleaners, petrol);
- Do not peel gel or remove nails yourself at home;
- Wear gloves for housework or prolonged water contact;
- Moisturize nails and hands regularly;
- Book a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain durability and beauty.
4. Lash Aftercare
- Avoid water contact for the first 24 hours after application;
- Do not rub the eye area vigorously when washing your face;
- Gently brush lashes each morning with a dedicated lash brush;
- Avoid oil-based makeup removers or creams;
- Do not sleep face-down or press your face into the pillow;
- Book a refill every 3–4 weeks to keep lashes looking beautiful.
